2. Services
We provide on-site corporate massage, event massage, and workplace wellness programs across Australia.
All services are delivered by qualified and insured therapists. Session duration, scheduling, and program structure will be agreed upon prior to service delivery.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time without prior notice.
3. Bookings & Payment
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
Invoices must be paid in accordance with the payment terms outlined in your booking agreement.
For recurring corporate programs, payment terms will be specified in a separate service agreement
All bookings are confirmed for the full agreed duration and cannot be reduced or shortened on the day of the Book now.
If you wish to extend your booking, this may be possible subject to therapist availability. To request an extension, please contact head office on 0406 760 305.
4. Cancellation policy
Sessions cancelled less than 3 working days in advance will incur a 50% charge and sessions cancelled within 48 hours will be fully charg
We reserve the right to reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances, including therapist illness or events beyond our control.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
Providing a safe and suitable space for service delivery
Ensuring participants are aware sessions are voluntary
Informing us of any relevant site access or security requirements
Advising participants to disclose any medical conditions before treatment
We reserve the right to refuse treatment if a therapist believes it is unsafe or inappropriate to proceed.
6. Health & Liability
Massage services are provided for general wellbeing and relaxation purposes and are not a substitute for medical treatment.
Clients and participants are responsible for disclosing relevant health conditions prior to receiving treatment.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.
7. Insurance
All therapists engaged by our company hold appropriate professional indemnity and public liability insurance.
Proof of insurance can be provided upon request.
8. Intellectual Property
All website content, including text, images, branding, and materials, remains the property of our company and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written consent.
